        2019年11月19号，中国教育部官宣国家《青少年编程能力等级》考试来啦~~~面向全国青少年的编程能力测评考试将是富有历史性的时刻~~~ 考试内容包括Scratch和Python两种编程语言。

        Children's Programing National Level Test start this year in 2019, this is a historic moment for "coding for kids". The test content incldues Scratch and Python programmings. 

        近几年，国务院和教育部频频出台相关政策，强调编程教育的重要性，并大力推动人工智能相关课程，越来越多的孩子开始接触儿童编程。

        考试项目有Scratch（1-3级）和Python(1-4级)。画重点：所有孩子只能逐级报名考试，因此，今年所有的孩子只能报考Scratch一级和Python一级考试；通过后，下次才有机会考二级。考试通过后，将获得中国青少年宫协会颁发的青少年编程能力等级测评的官方权威证书。今后你家牛娃的在简历上可以加上一笔编程能力XX等级。

        由教育部教育信息化技术标准委员会组织研制；4个国家一级行业学术团体、协会组织联合发起；清华大学、北京理工大学、计算机教育专家牵头研制测评标准。

        很多家长疑惑，是先学Scratch还是Python? 对于初学者我们鼓励先从Scratch学起，因为Scratch能够更好地激发孩子的学习兴趣，而且从Scratch向 Python过渡也比较顺手。

        Many parents wonder whether to learn Scratch or Python first? We recommend beginners start with Scatch, Scratch is easy to build kids' interest and easy for kids to study.
